Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview Career opportunity for semiconductor engineering professionals to join operations in Singapore with regular fixed working hours. Walk-in interviews are conducted in Kuala Lumpur. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and support semiconductor testing processes during regular fixed working hours. - Oversee Wafer Sort and Final Test operations. - Handle test equipment troubleshooting and ongoing hardware engineering support. - Perform systematic test yield analysis and failure investigations. - Implement continuous improvement projects to optimize yield and test process efficiency. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related discipline. - Hands-on experience in Wafer Sort, Final Test, Prober, or ATE Testers. - Familiarity with ATE Testers: Teradyne J750, UltraFLEX (U-Flex), and Magnum Series. - Familiarity with Wafer Probers: TSK, OPUS. - Solid background in test equipment troubleshooting, hardware support, and test yield analysis. - Candidates with semiconductor testing experience and hardware or team management skills are encouraged to apply. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Fixed working hours. - Job Location: Singapore. - Interview Location: Walk-in interview in Kuala Lumpur. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary up to SGD 3,700 per month. • Application Instructions - Send curriculum vitae via WhatsApp messaging.
