• Role & Company / Project Overview Agensi Pekerjaan Inter Island Sdn Bhd (JTKSM 452C) is recruiting on behalf of client semiconductor companies in Singapore for the position of Assistant Engineer (AE), Equipment specializing in Die Prep / Recon. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support equipment maintenance, routine servicing, and preventive maintenance on Die Prep and Recon semiconductor equipment. - Troubleshoot hardware faults and minimize equipment downtime. - Assist engineers in machine setup, tool calibration, and process-equipment integration. - Maintain cleanroom compliance and equipment performance logs. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant technical qualification, diploma, or certificate in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related semiconductor manufacturing field. - Prior hands-on experience or foundational training in semiconductor equipment maintenance, particularly Die Prep/Recon tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Singapore (Work in Singapore). - Cleanroom manufacturing environment with shift work as assigned. • Application Instructions - Submit updated resume; only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
