Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Agensi Pekerjaan Inter Island Sdn Bhd is hiring a Member of Technical Staff (MTS), Equipment (Litho) to provide high-level technical expertise for photolithography equipment in Singapore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Serve as the technical expert and escalation lead for advanced lithography equipment, steppers, scanners, and coater/developer tracks. - Drive complex hardware troubleshooting, vendor escalation, tool upgrades, and system retrofits. - Implement predictive maintenance strategies, reduce tool downtime, and improve mean time between failures (MTBF). - Mentor and guide equipment engineers and assistant engineers in troubleshooting protocols and technical best practices. - Manage equipment roadmap, capacity planning, and spare parts optimization. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Advanced degree or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline. - Significant, senior-level experience (MTS level) working on photolithography equipment in semiconductor manufacturing. - Deep technical knowledge of exposure tools, optical alignment, vacuum systems, and automated handling robotics. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Singapore. - Cleanroom manufacturing environment. • Application Instructions - Submit updated resume; only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
