Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Agensi Pekerjaan Inter Island Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Process Engineer specializing in Photolithography (Litho) for a semiconductor fab in Singapore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and optimize photolithography processes including coat, expose, develop, and CD/overlay metrology. - Monitor critical process parameters, maintain process stability, and improve lithography yield. - Investigate litho defects, process excursions, and implement effective containment and root-cause solutions. - Qualify new photoresists, reticles, illumination conditions, and lithography equipment. - Collaborate closely with litho equipment engineers to drive tool performance and availability. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related technical field. - Substantial engineering experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication photolithography processes. - Strong proficiency in litho process troubleshooting, SPC, DOE, and defect reduction techniques. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Singapore. - Cleanroom fab facility environment. • Application Instructions - Email updated CV; only candidates who are shortlisted will be notified.
