Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Agensi Pekerjaan Inter Island Sdn Bhd is currently hiring a Process Engineer (Backend) for an established semiconductor manufacturing plant in Singapore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee and refine semiconductor backend manufacturing processes (packaging, assembly, test operations). - Monitor and advance key performance indicators such as line yield, productivity, defect rates, and process capability (Cpk). - Conduct failure analysis, root cause investigations, and deploy long-term corrective solutions. - Perform Design of Experiments (DOE) and manage new product introductions (NPI) or process changes. - Maintain and update process specifications, documentation, and compliance protocols. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Materials Science, Chemical) or related discipline. - Prior working experience as a Process Engineer in semiconductor backend assembly/packaging operations. - Working knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D problem solving, and Lean manufacturing methodologies. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Singapore. - Full-time onsite manufacturing role. • Application Instructions - Submit resume; notification will only be extended to shortlisted candidates.
