Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Agensi Pekerjaan Inter Island Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Member of Technical Staff (MTS), Process (Wet) for advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities in Singapore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Serve as the principal technical authority and subject matter expert for Wet Chemical Processing, Wet Clean, and Wet Etch operations. - Architect and implement robust wet clean/etch recipes to optimize particle performance, surface cleanliness, and selectivity. - Lead complex root cause investigations on chemical defectivity, surface contamination, and yield loss. - Oversee chemical qualification, bath life extension, and process technology transitions. - Mentor junior process engineers and lead technical projects spanning multiple cross-functional modules. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline. - Extensive high-level technical experience (MTS caliber) in semiconductor wet bench / single wafer wet clean processes. - Proven expertise in wet chemical mechanisms, surface chemistry, SPC, and DOE. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Singapore. - Cleanroom fab facility. • Application Instructions - Send CV for evaluation; shortlisted candidates will be notified.
