• Role & Company / Project Overview Agensi Pekerjaan Inter Island Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Process Engineer (Thin Film) for a semiconductor wafer fab in Singapore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead Thin Film deposition processes including PVD, CVD, ALD, or dielectric/metal deposition modules. - Drive continuous yield enhancement, defect density reduction, and process stability. - Troubleshoot thin film process deviations, film thickness uniformity issues, stress, and resistivity variations. - Formulate DOE matrices, qualify new deposition recipes, and evaluate process capability. - Collaborate with equipment engineering and integration teams on advanced technology development. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or related field. - Proven professional experience as a Thin Film Process Engineer in semiconductor wafer fabrication. - Expertise in deposition mechanisms, SPC, FMEA, and surface characterization techniques. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Singapore. - Cleanroom wafer fab facility. • Application Instructions - Submit complete resume; only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
