Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Agensi Pekerjaan Inter Island Sdn Bhd is looking for an Assistant Engineer (AE), Process (Backend) to support semiconductor packaging and backend processing in Singapore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support the backend process engineering team with daily process control, recipe verification, and lot disposition. - Perform routine process checks, defect monitoring, and data logging to uphold product quality standards. - Assist in line qualification, process trials, and troubleshooting of backend process anomalies. - Interface with equipment technicians and production operators to maintain seamless line operation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Diploma or relevant certification in Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or related science disciplines. - Background or training in backend semiconductor packaging processes. - Good practical skills, analytical thinking, and team collaboration abilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Singapore. - Cleanroom manufacturing schedule with rotational shifts. • Application Instructions - Send CV for evaluation; shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
