• Role & Company / Project Overview Agensi Pekerjaan Inter Island Sdn Bhd is hiring for the position of Assistant Engineer (AE), Equipment (Backend) for leading semiconductor facilities in Singapore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on backend semiconductor equipment. - Perform machinery troubleshooting, part replacements, and routine tool checks to ensure optimal uptime. - Collaborate with process and production teams to maximize backend packaging and assembly tool availability. - Follow cleanroom procedures, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Diploma or technical certification in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent). - Hands-on technical experience with semiconductor backend machinery and assembly equipment. - Good analytical, teamwork, and technical problem-solving capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Singapore. - Standard cleanroom / semiconductor manufacturing facility shifts. • Application Instructions - Forward application and curriculum vitae for review; only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
