Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Opportunity for hardware engineering professionals to join a semiconductor test facility in Singapore. Walk-in interviews will be held in Kuala Lumpur. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide direct hardware support and maintenance for automated test equipment (ATE) and wafer prober systems. - Perform routine and emergency troubleshooting of semiconductor test equipment and hardware interfaces. - Support Wafer Sort and Final Test operational lines to minimize equipment downtime. - Assist in failure investigations, yield enhancements, and continuous improvement projects. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Hands-on experience with ATE Testers (Teradyne J750, UltraFLEX/U-Flex, Magnum Series) and Wafer Probers (TSK, OPUS). - Proven experience in test equipment troubleshooting and hardware engineering support. - Knowledge of Wafer Sort and Final Test operations. - Candidates possessing hardware and team management capabilities are encouraged to apply. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time position. - Job Location: Singapore. - Interview Location: Walk-in interview in Kuala Lumpur. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary up to SGD 3,500 per month. • Application Instructions - Submit CV via WhatsApp messaging.
