Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Exciting career opportunities for semiconductor engineering professionals in Singapore, with walk-in interviews conducted in Kuala Lumpur. This role is focused on shift-based semiconductor testing operations including Wafer Sort and Final Test. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee and execute Wafer Sort and Final Test operations across assigned shifts. - Operate, monitor, and provide engineering support for ATE testers and wafer probers. - Perform test equipment troubleshooting and hardware support. - Conduct test yield analysis, failure investigation, and root cause analysis. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test quality, operational efficiency, and overall yield. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field of study. - Hands-on experience in Wafer Sort, Final Test, Prober, or ATE Testers. - Experience with ATE Testers: Teradyne J750, UltraFLEX (U-Flex), and Magnum Series. - Experience with Wafer Probers: TSK, OPUS. - Proven background in test equipment troubleshooting, hardware support, test yield analysis, and failure investigation. - Candidates with semiconductor testing experience and hardware or team management skills are strongly encouraged to apply. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift-based working hours. - Job Location: Singapore. - Interview Location: Walk-in interview in Kuala Lumpur. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary up to SGD 3,700 per month. • Application Instructions - Submit curriculum vitae via WhatsApp messaging.
