### Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking experienced, qualified, and safety-focused Field Safety Technicians for the Night Shift to join our team on a data center construction project in Barstow, TX. Start date is ASAP. We are looking for experienced safety professionals who are committed to protecting workers and maintaining a safe construction environment. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Work under the direction of the Safety Manager. - Conduct daily field safety inspections and monitor construction activities. - Identify hazards and correct or report unsafe conditions. - Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices. - Help enforce site-specific safety policies and OSHA requirements. - Assist with toolbox talks, incident reporting, and safety documentation. - Coordinate with field supervision and subcontractors to maintain a safe jobsite. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience. - OSHA 30 certification required. - Current CPR certification required. - Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction site safety procedures. - Experience conducting field inspections and identifying hazards. - Strong communication, documentation, and hazard-recognition skills. - Ability to work independently while reporting directly to the Safety Manager. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift: Night Shift - Location: Data Center Project, Barstow, Texas. - Start Date: ASAP. ### Compensation & Benefits - Rate: $37.00/hour - $120/day per diem for eligible non-local workers - Overtime available after 40 hours, per contract terms ### Application Instructions Send your resume and proof of required certifications, indicating Night Shift preference, to Eduardo the Recruiting Manager.
