Role & Company / Project Overview Project Safety Consultants (PSC) has openings for two Electrical Owner's Representatives to provide environmental health and safety oversight on mission-critical construction, power generation, and electrical systems installations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Act as Owner's Safety Representative with a focus on high-voltage and complex electrical construction activities. • Conduct on-site safety audits, electrical safety compliance checks (NFPA 70E/OSHA standards), and safety training. • Monitor contractor execution during power generation, commissioning, and turnover phases. • Track compliance, address non-conformances immediately, and deliver EHS performance reports to project leadership. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 7+ years of construction safety (EHS) experience with specialized knowledge in electrical safety. • BCSP certification (CSP, SMP, CHST), OSHA 500/501, CUSP, or a relevant EHS degree. • Must be able to pass mandatory background check and drug screen. • Demonstrated track record in power generation, mission-critical infrastructure, or commissioning projects. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Barstow, Texas, United States. • Contract Duration: 12+ month contract. • Full-time on-site assignment (2 openings).
