Role & Company / Project Overview Project Safety Consultants (PSC) has openings for two Lead Owner's Representatives to manage safety programs and owner oversight across expanding mission-critical, power generation, and facilities projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Direct owner-level safety management and on-site oversight across multiple trades and contractors. • Conduct detailed safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews in accordance with OSHA standards. • Guide site supervisors in establishing strong safety cultures and verifying pre-task plans. • Oversee safety protocols during complex testing, commissioning, turnover, and facility energization. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 7+ years of construction EHS experience with leadership/lead oversight capabilities. • BCSP certification (CSP, SMP, CHST), OSHA 500/501, CUSP, or an EHS degree. • Must pass standard drug screening and background check. • Expertise in power generation, mission-critical infrastructure, or heavy industrial commissioning. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Port Washington, Wisconsin, United States. • Contract Duration: Contract engagement (2 openings). • Full-time on-site assignment.
