Role & Company / Project Overview Project Safety Consultants (PSC) is seeking an experienced Owner's Representative (Oracle) to provide safety management and owner representation for major mission-critical / facilities construction. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Serve as Owner's Representative overseeing contractor safety compliance, program implementation, and field execution. • Execute daily site audits, safety evaluations, and regulatory adherence monitoring. • Facilitate contractor safety coordination meetings and review high-risk activity permits. • Ensure seamless turnover and commissioning compliance per owner specifications. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 7+ years of EHS construction safety experience, preferably supporting Oracle or high-tech client environments. • BCSP certification (CSP, SMP, CHST), OSHA 500/501, CUSP, or an EHS degree. • Must successfully pass required background investigation and drug screening. • Proven track record in data centers, power generation, or mission-critical facilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Colorado City, Texas, United States. • Contract Duration: 8-month contract. • Full-time on-site assignment.
