Role & Company / Project Overview Project Safety Consultants (PSC) is hiring an Owner's Representative to oversee health, environmental, and safety management on mission-critical construction and power generation work. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Supervise job site safety adherence on behalf of the project owner, conducting thorough inspections and audits. • Enforce client and regulatory safety policies across trade contractors. • Review activity hazard analyses (AHAs), job safety analyses (JSAs), and hot work / lock-out tag-out permits. • Support commissioning, turnover, and facility startup processes to ensure zero incidents. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 7+ years of field EHS construction experience. • BCSP certification (CSP, SMP, CHST), OSHA 500/501, CUSP, or a degree in EHS / Occupational Safety. • Must pass required background check and drug test. • Proven experience in heavy industrial, power generation, or mission-critical projects. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Lubbock, Texas, United States. • Contract Duration: 12-month contract. • Full-time on-site placement.
