Role & Company / Project Overview Project Safety Consultants (PSC) is seeking a Senior EHS Manager (MEPS) to support ongoing expansions in mission-critical construction, power generation, and commissioning projects. This leadership role is responsible for driving proactive safety management at scale. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and oversee senior-level EHS management for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural/systems (MEPS) construction scopes. • Implement and maintain comprehensive safety protocols, safety audits, and job site safety inspections. • Manage regulatory compliance, incident investigation, hazard identification, and risk mitigation strategies. • Coordinate with owners, general contractors, and trade subcontractors to achieve zero-incident objectives. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 7+ years of EHS construction experience, with demonstrated leadership in large-scale MEPS operations. • BCSP certification (CSP, SMP, CHST), OSHA 500/501, CUSP, or an accredited EHS degree. • Successful clearance of required drug screen and comprehensive background check. • Expertise in mission-critical facilities, power generation, turnover, and commissioning. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Abilene, Texas, United States. • Contract Duration: 1+ year contract. • On-site project assignment.
