• Role & Company / Project Overview: Saulsbury Industries is expanding its team and hiring an experienced E&I Construction Manager to support operations across Oil & Gas, Data Centers, and Power Generation sectors. Saulsbury fosters a collaborative culture where field and office teams support one another, take pride in high-quality execution, and foster long-term career growth. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and manage Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) construction activities across designated projects in oil & gas, data centers, or power generation facilities. - Coordinate field operations, subcontractor teams, and field workforce to ensure adherence to engineering designs, safety standards, and project timelines. - Oversee construction progress, work packaging, and site safety management. - Maintain collaboration between field leadership, engineering coordinators, and office support staff. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Substantial professional experience in E&I construction management within industrial sectors (Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Data Centers). - Strong expertise in heavy industrial electrical and instrumentation installations, field coordination, and project execution. - Demonstrated leadership, communication, and field supervisory skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Industry/Project locations across Saulsbury's operating regions in Oil & Gas, Data Centers, and Power Generation. - Full-time field construction schedule. • Application Instructions: - Submit your resume directly to the recruiting team as instructed.
