Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Saulsbury Industries is expanding its electrical division and seeking an Electrical Superintendent to direct field craft personnel across industrial Data Center, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation construction sites. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise and direct electrical craft crews, journeymen, and subcontractors on daily site operations. - Enforce rigorous job-site safety practices, OSHA regulations, and company safety protocols. - Manage work schedules, manpower planning, material procurement, and equipment staging. - Inspect work in progress to ensure installations comply with project plans, National Electrical Code (NEC), and specifications. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Extensive experience as an Electrical Superintendent or senior field supervisor on heavy industrial projects. - Deep knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, raceways, and instrumentation. - Demonstrated leadership capability in managing large craft workforces. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Full-time industrial construction site schedule. • Application Instructions: - Forward your resume to the recruiting email provided.
