Role & Company / Project Overview: Plateau Excavation is growing and hiring experienced Safety Managers (4+ open positions) to help keep our crews safe in the field. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Identify and spot hazards on job sites before they become problems. • Lead comprehensive construction safety training sessions for field crews. • Build trust, engage, and maintain strong safety relationships with site crews. • Ensure full compliance with excavation, construction, and organizational safety protocols. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Demonstrated professional experience as a Safety Manager in construction, excavation, or heavy civil operations. • Proven track record of hazard recognition, job-site safety inspection, and field training. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust across site teams.
