• Role & Company / Project Overview BCIC Swiss GmBH (Best Connect International Company) is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their growing global team in Vienna, Austria. This is a full-time, onsite role intended specifically for candidates currently living in Austria. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide comprehensive L1/L2 desktop and end-user technical support. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and networking problems. - Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and various IT peripherals. - Handle IT incident tickets, service requests, and end-user access administration issues. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated relevant technical and IT support experience. - Language proficiency requirements (e.g., Dutch & English). - Work permit requirement for Sweden. - Open strictly to candidates living in Austria. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time. - Work Mode: Onsite. - Location: Vienna, Austria. • Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit an updated CV to the designated recruitment contact email address.
