• Role & Company / Project Overview HEXOWA Technologies Ltd is looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer (EUC L1) to provide reliable end-user IT support in Puch, Austria. We are seeking professionals with strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical experience, and excellent communication abilities. Immediate joiners preferred. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Desktop, laptop, and peripheral troubleshooting - Hardware break-fix and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) support - Providing end-user technical and operational support across systems - Supporting VPN, printing setups, and mobile devices • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and MS Teams expertise - Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and MDM experience - Strong English communication skills - German Language: B2 level required - Valid authorization to work in Austria • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Puch, Salzburg, Austria - Work Mode: Onsite + Remote (Hybrid) • Compensation & Benefits - Standard company compensation package • Application Instructions Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated CV along with current location, availability, and relevant experience.
