### Role & Company / Project Overview HEXOWA Technologies Ltd is looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer (EUC L1) to deliver reliable end-user IT support in Wels, Austria. The company is seeking a hands-on IT professional with strong troubleshooting capabilities, enterprise desktop support experience, and excellent customer-facing communication skills. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide EUC Level 1 (L1) end-user IT support across desktop environments • Perform Windows 10/11 operating system installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Deliver hands-on and remote support for Microsoft Office 365 applications and MS Teams • Execute desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware break-fix repairs and servicing • Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services and manage end-user device deployments • Troubleshoot printers, mobile devices, and secure VPN connections • Support Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms • Deliver high-quality customer service and rapid issue resolution for enterprise end users ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven enterprise desktop support and troubleshooting experience • Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and MS Teams • Demonstrated experience with hardware break-fix and IMAC services • Knowledge and working familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and MDM • Language Requirements: Strong English proficiency and German at minimum B2 level (Required) • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills • Valid work authorization in Austria • Immediate joiners preferred ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Wels, Austria • Work Mode: Onsite + Remote (Hybrid) • Support Level: EUC L1 ### Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their updated CV along with current location, relevant experience details, German language proficiency level, work authorization status, and availability/notice period.
