Role & Company / Project Overview: BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking IT Support Professionals (IT Support Specialist) for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Rome, Italy. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, and modern collaboration tools. • Install, configure, and maintain equipment, systems, printers, desktops, laptops, and peripheral hardware. • Provide basic technical support for macOS and Apple devices. • Maintain accurate incident tickets, service logs, and technical documentation ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Must reside in Italy with a valid work permit. • Previous hands-on experience in IT Support or a closely related technical field. • Fluent language proficiency in Italian (minimum CEFR B2 level). • Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and networking systems.
