• Role & Company / Project Overview: Kanry Search is currently supporting a growing semiconductor technology company in Singapore that is hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer to join its team. The role focuses on ensuring supplier quality, mitigating supply chain risks, and supporting cutting-edge semiconductor technologies, particularly in areas such as silicon photonics. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage Supplier Quality: Oversee supplier quality from wafer fabrication to packaging materials. - Drive Quality Improvement: Lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and reduce supply chain quality risks. - Conduct Supplier Audits: Evaluate supplier manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and delivery capability. - Support Production Teams: Ensure incoming materials meet strict process and quality requirements. - Build strong supplier relationships, identify potential quality and reliability risks early, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. - Collaborate closely with global teams and make a real impact on semiconductor quality while working on cutting-edge silicon photonics technology. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in supplier quality management within the semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing industry. - Hands-on expertise in conducting supplier audits, managing CAPA, and evaluating process and quality systems. - Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, from wafer to packaging materials; knowledge of silicon photonics is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving, risk identification, and global stakeholder communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Singapore. - Standard full-time manufacturing/technology facility working hours. • Compensation & Benefits: - Opportunity to grow your career and work on next-generation silicon photonics technology with competitive industry compensation. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to reach out and send their CV directly to the recruiter's email address.
