Role & Company / Project Overview: IT By Design (ITBD) is seeking a Managed Services Engineer – High-End Tier 2 to join its India delivery team. IT By Design partners with leading Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across the US to provide escalation-level infrastructure, network, security, and cloud support in live multi-client environments. The role requires taking full ownership of technical escalations from start to finish. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Own escalations directly from Tier 1 through resolution with comprehensive root-cause analysis - Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) - Manage system patch management and Microsoft 365 environments - Administer Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, and Entra ID - Manage SharePoint, OneDrive, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platforms, and email security solutions - Resolve complex system and infrastructure issues end-to-end without merely passing tickets Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO - Solid administration experience across Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online, and Entra ID - Practical experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, modern EDR platforms, and email security - Proven root-cause analysis and Tier 2/escalation handling skills - Immediate availability to join within 15 days Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Shift: Night Shift (supporting US MSP partners) - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (Full-time from the office) - Work Arrangement: Onsite Application Instructions: Submit your resume with the position title and notice period clearly stated in the subject line.
