Role & Company / Project Overview: IT By Design (ITBD) is hiring a Senior Managed Services Engineer – Network, Security & Azure for its technical delivery center. IT By Design partners with leading US Managed Service Providers (MSPs), delivering escalation-level infrastructure, network, security, and cloud support across complex multi-client setups. This senior engineering role involves leading resolution efforts for high-level technical challenges. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage and configure Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama management platforms - Oversee and troubleshoot advanced routing and switching infrastructure - Administer and optimize Azure networking environments and Microsoft 365 ecosystems - Conduct vulnerability management and scanning operations using Tenable and Nessus - Automate operational tasks and administrative workflows using PowerShell scripting - Take ownership of high-severity escalations end-to-end Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Mandatory Certification: Palo Alto certification (PCNSA or PCNSE required) - Extensive expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, and enterprise routing and switching - Demonstrated experience in Azure networking and Microsoft 365 administration - Practical experience with vulnerability management tools such as Tenable/Nessus - Proficient in PowerShell scripting for systems automation - Must be an immediate joiner able to join within 15 days Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Shift: Night Shift (supporting US MSP partners) - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (Full-time from the office) - Work Arrangement: Onsite Application Instructions: Send your resume mentioning the job title and your notice period in the subject line, or send a direct message.
