Role & Company / Project Overview: Mitr HR Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an L2 Specialist - Windows Administrator for the IT Services industry. The role entails managing, maintaining, and automating enterprise-level Windows Server environments and supporting critical core IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments across enterprise infrastructure • Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, user permissions, and access management • Support Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments, including email services and related applications • Monitor system health, investigate recurring incidents, and improve infrastructure performance and availability • Manage system patching, backups, disaster recovery, and production change activities • Automate routine administration and incident-handling tasks using PowerShell and scripting tools • Support server hardware, virtualization platforms, networking, and associated infrastructure services • Collaborate with engineering and application teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions • Maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and recovery procedures Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in system administration • Strong experience in Windows Server administration, including Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 • Good understanding of Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems • Hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise user administration • Practical experience with PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation • Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, server hardware, and remote management tools • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 administration • Understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, patch management, and system security • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills in production environments • Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with application owners, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Remote working arrangement Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can apply by forwarding their resume to the specified recruitment email addresses.
