• Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring a Chat Account Representative to handle live customer chat communications and digital messaging support. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage incoming text and chat interactions professionally and efficiently - Deliver prompt resolutions to customer inquiries and support requests - Maintain performance quality and meet key performance indicators • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Required English language proficiency: Level B1 - Strong written communication and customer care skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Location: Katameya, New Cairo - Onsite working model with paid training provided • Compensation & Benefits - Net Salary: 12,600 EGP per month - Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Bonus: 60 EUR - Transportation Allowance: 1,500 EGP per month - Comprehensive paid training program • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should apply by sending a text message or reaching out via the provided contact number.
