• Role & Company / Project Overview Immediate vacancy for Customer Service Representatives supporting an English account located in Abbasya, Cairo. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage inbound and outbound communications with English-speaking customers. - Provide customer support, resolve inquiries, and maintain high service standards. - Meet quality benchmarks and KPIs. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Graduates only. - Language proficiency: English level B1 minimum. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Rotational shifts. - 2 rotational days off per week. - Location: Abbasya, Cairo, Egypt. • Compensation & Benefits - Net Salary: 13,000 EGP (comprising 11,000 basic + 2,000 KPIs). - Social & Medical Insurance. - Paid Training provided. • Application Instructions - Send your CV via WhatsApp or contact the recruitment team.
