Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle inbound and/or outbound customer communications professionally in fluent English. - Provide effective customer support, service assistance, and query resolution according to performance guidelines. - Meet and exceed daily/monthly operational KPIs. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - B2 or C1 English language proficiency. - Graduates only (fresh graduates eligible). - Egyptians only. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: 5th Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt. - Onsite operational facility.
