• Role & Company / Project Overview Immediate hiring for the US Customer Service Account handling calls, emails, and chat support at Maadi Technology Park. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle customer interactions across multiple channels including voice calls, email, and live chat. - Provide effective problem resolution, maintain professional customer satisfaction, and resolve queries efficiently. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: Graduates only. - Fluent English communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Maadi Technology Park, Cairo, Egypt. - Shifts may include overnight hours with relevant allowances. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: 22,360 EGP. - Social & Medical Insurance. - Transportation provided. - Overnight allowance for eligible shifts. - Door-to-door transportation for females after 10 PM. • Application Instructions - Apply via WhatsApp through the provided contact number.
