• Role & Company / Project Overview Teleperformance is hiring for Voice and Chat Accounts to support well-established international accounts. The role is open to fresh graduates as well as undergraduates with no commitment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide exceptional customer support via voice and chat channels for international clients. - Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Adhere to quality standards and communication guidelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - English Level: Minimum B2 proficiency. - Education: Fresh graduates or undergraduates with no current commitments. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: New Cairo, Egypt. - Shifts: Rotational shifts ending by 2:00 AM. - Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week. - Interview: Conducted online. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to 25,000 EGP. - Commissions and additional incentives. - Social and medical insurance. - Transportation: Provided both ways, including door-to-door transportation service for females after 11:00 PM. • Application Instructions - Send your CV and a 1-minute English voice note introducing yourself and highlighting your experience via the designated contact channel.
