Role & Company / Project Overview: Teleperformance Egypt is hiring Customer Service / Call Center Agents to join their team at City Walk, New Cairo. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle customer inquiries and provide support according to account standards. • Follow rotational shift schedules and support operational service requirements. Compensation & Benefits: • Net Salary Package: 19,925 EGP net. • Transportation provided both ways. • Social and Medical Insurance coverage. • Extra commissions and performance incentives. • Online interview process. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Males: Rotational shifts (24/7). • Females: Shifts ending by 2 AM maximum. • Location: City Walk, New Cairo, Egypt.
