• Role & Company / Project Overview: Join the growing team at Teleperformance on an English Account in New Cairo. Teleperformance is hiring fluent English speakers (B1+ level) to handle customer inquiries across Technical Support, Billing, and Telecommunications accounts. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Deliver customer support and assistance on assigned English accounts covering Technical Support, Billing, and Telecommunications. - Troubleshoot technical concerns, assist with billing clarifications, and resolve telecommunications-related inquiries. - Maintain high service quality and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Language Proficiency: Fluent English speakers with a minimum B1+ level. - Strong communication skills and suitability for handling international customer accounts. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: New Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt (Onsite). - Shift Timing: Rotational shifts. • Compensation & Benefits: - Net Salary: Up to 21,000 EGP per month. - KPI-based incentives paid in Euros. - Medical and social insurance coverage. - Transportation benefits provided. - Access to gym facilities. - Proven certificate enabling future opportunities to work at the airport. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should reach out via the provided contact phone number to apply.
