Be part of a great team and build your career in international voice customer support. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle customer queries related to travel services over voice calls. - Communicate clearly and professionally over voice calls with international/domestic travelers. - Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate, timely solutions. - Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining high service quality. - Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience at all times. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate. - Experience: Freshers can apply. - Key Skills: Travel Support, Voice Communication, Customer Handling, Query Resolution, Active Listening, Customer Experience. - Strong communication and active listening skills with a professional approach to resolving customer concerns. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Shift: Rotational Shifts. - Working Days: 5 Days a week. - Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs. - Location: New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 In-Hand per month. - Transport: One-Way Cab provided + ₹1,400 Travel Allowance. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates can send their updated CV directly via WhatsApp or Email.
