Role & Company / Project Overview: • Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced candidates for the position of Customer Support – International Travel Voice Process based in New Town, Kolkata. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle customer interactions for the international travel voice process. • Understand customer requirements and provide effective support. • Resolve queries professionally and efficiently. • Maintain communication quality and customer satisfaction. • Follow process standards and maintain service quality. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate. • Experience: Minimum 1 year in international calling. • Strong spoken English and communication skills. • Excellent active listening and probing abilities. • Professional customer-handling and query-resolution skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. • Shift: Rotational shifts. • Working Days: 5 days a week. • Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹3.9 LPA (In-hand salary up to ₹25,000 per month). • Salary Hike: Up to 30% on last drawn salary, subject to the maximum offer. • Additional Benefits: Attractive incentives. • Transport: One-way cab + ₹1,400 travel allowance.
