• Role & Company / Project Overview: Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced candidates for the position of Customer Support – International Voice Process in Kolkata. This role provides an exciting global career opportunity handling customer interactions for an International Travel Voice Process. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle customer interactions for an International Travel Voice Process. - Understand customer requirements through effective probing and active listening. - Provide professional, accurate, and timely resolutions. - Communicate confidently with international customers in English. - Maintain service quality and strictly follow company policies and process standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate. - Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice / Calling Process. - Strong spoken English communication and excellent customer-handling capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Days: 5 Days a week. - Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Week-Offs. - Shifts: Rotational Shifts. - Work Mode: On-site. - Location: New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: ₹3,60,000 – ₹3,90,000 per annum (₹3.6 LPA – ₹3.9 LPA). - In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month. - Salary Hike: Up to 30% on last drawn salary, subject to the maximum offer. - Additional Benefits: Performance incentives. - Transport: One-Way Cab provided + ₹1,400 Travel Allowance. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can apply by submitting their resume via WhatsApp or email.
