• Role & Company / Project Overview Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced candidates for the position of Customer Support – International Travel Voice Process in Kolkata. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle customer interactions for the international travel voice process. - Understand customer requirements and provide effective support. - Resolve queries professionally and efficiently. - Maintain communication quality and customer satisfaction. - Follow process standards and maintain service quality. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate. - Experience: Minimum 1 year in international calling. - Strong spoken English and communication skills. - Excellent active listening and probing abilities. - Professional customer-handling and query-resolution skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: New Town, Kolkata. - Shifts: Rotational shifts. - Working Days: 5 days a week. - Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs. • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: INR 3,60,000 – INR 3,90,000 per annum. - In-Hand Salary: Up to INR 25,000 per month. - Salary Hike: Up to 30% on last drawn salary, subject to the maximum offer. - Additional Benefits: Attractive incentives. - Transport: One-way cab + INR 1,400 travel allowance. • Application Instructions - Contact via the provided application channel if you meet the 1-year international calling experience requirement.
