• Role & Company / Project Overview: Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced candidates for the position of Customer Support – International Travel Voice Process based in New Town, Kolkata. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle customer interactions for the international travel voice process - Understand customer requirements and provide effective support - Resolve queries professionally and efficiently - Maintain communication quality and customer satisfaction • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate - Experience: Minimum 1 year in international calling - Strong spoken English and communication skills - Previous experience in international calling - Excellent active listening and probing abilities - Professional customer-handling and query-resolution skills - Ability to follow process standards and maintain service quality • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: New Town, Kolkata - Shift: Rotational shifts - Working Days: 5 days a week - Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: INR 3,60,000 to INR 3,90,000 per annum - In-Hand Salary: Up to INR 25,000 per month - Salary Hike: Up to 30% on last drawn salary, subject to the maximum offer - Additional Benefits: Attractive incentives - Transport: One-way cab + INR 1,400 travel allowance • Application Instructions: Interested candidates with at least 1 year of international calling experience can share their updated CV.
