### Role & Company / Project Overview Mergen is looking for a skilled Memory & Power Engineer based in Hyderabad to manage power integrity and memory subsystem designs. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Conduct memory architecture analysis, power modeling, and power optimization across operational states. • Work on low-power design techniques, leakage reduction, and dynamic power management. • Interface with architecture, design, and physical design teams to meet power and performance targets. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 5 to 10 years of experience in memory subsystems and low-power semiconductor design. • Strong understanding of memory architectures, power analysis tools, and power optimization techniques. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. • Full-time role. ### Application Instructions • Interested professionals may email their updated resumes.
