### Role & Company / Project Overview Mergen is recruiting a TSMC Custom Layout Engineer in Hyderabad to deliver high-quality custom layouts utilizing advanced TSMC process technology nodes. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Perform custom physical layout for analog, memory, or mixed-signal circuits using TSMC PDKs. • Execute and debug physical verification decks including DRC, LVS, ERC, and DFM requirements. • Optimize layout for performance, area, and parasitic reduction. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 4+ years of custom layout experience specifically with TSMC process design kits (PDKs). • Thorough understanding of FinFET and planar CMOS layout challenges. • Familiarity with industry-standard layout and verification EDA platforms. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. • Full-time on-site role. ### Application Instructions • Candidates are requested to email their updated CVs.
