Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Tarrad Developments LLC is seeking an experienced Authority / NOC Coordinator to manage regulatory approvals for high-rise projects in Dubai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Liaison with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defence, RTA, and other relevant government authorities to secure No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and building permits. • Prepare, compile, and submit required technical documentation and follow up with local authorities through online portals and in-person coordination. • Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance throughout all stages of project design and execution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience handling NOCs and local authority clearances. • Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction projects. • Strong familiarity with UAE construction standards, local regulations, and municipal submission procedures. • Excellent communication, liaison, and problem-solving skills. • Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice preferred.
