Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced NOC Manager to join a leading infrastructure and construction project team in the UAE. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage end-to-end NOC processes and authority approvals. - Liaise with RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, du, e&, Dubai South, and other relevant authorities. - Coordinate utility approvals, road-opening permits, road crossings, and utility diversions. - Review technical drawings, method statements, and NOC submission documents. - Monitor approval timelines and resolve authority comments. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineering teams, and project stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with authority requirements and project specifications. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Strong experience in NOC management and authority approvals. - UAE experience in infrastructure, roads, utilities, or construction projects. - Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple authority approvals and lead the NOC function. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Dubai / UAE onsite project locations. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can submit their updated CVs for review.
