### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Senior Civil Engineer specializing in Site Execution for villa and residential projects located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution for villa and residential projects. • Manage subcontractors and workforce effectively on site. • Coordinate closely with engineering consultants and project stakeholders. • Apply strong knowledge of construction pricing during execution. • Handle both site execution and technical office coordination. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Age criterion: 30 to 40 years. • Minimum of 4 years of mandatory professional experience in Saudi Arabia. • Candidates must be currently residing in Egypt. • Strong proven background in villas and residential projects. • Proven experience in site execution, subcontractor management, and consultant coordination. • Strong understanding and knowledge of construction pricing. • Prior experience combining both site execution and technical office work is preferred. • Candidates must highlight their previous Saudi projects along with detailed responsibilities in their CV. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. • Work Model: Onsite site execution. ### Compensation & Benefits • Standard industry compensation package in line with experience (details shared upon application). ### Application Instructions • Please submit your updated CV specifying the job title, past Saudi projects, and key responsibilities to the provided recruiter contact details.
