### Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Site Execution to oversee and direct residential and villa construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and oversee total site execution for residential villa developments. • Direct, supervise, and coordinate subcontractors and on-site construction teams. • Serve as primary liaison and coordinate actively with project consultants. • Utilize robust construction pricing knowledge to ensure operational and budgetary compliance. • Integrate technical office functions with ongoing field activities. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Age requirement: 30 to 40 years. • Minimum 4 years of mandatory prior working experience in Saudi Arabia. • Candidates must currently be residing in Egypt. • Extensive experience executing villa and residential construction projects. • Strong background in subcontractor control, consultant liaison, and site execution. • Solid understanding of construction pricing and cost control. • Technical office experience coupled with site management is preferred. • Applicants must explicitly document their prior Saudi project portfolio and assigned responsibilities in their CV. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. • Work Model: Onsite construction management. ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. ### Application Instructions • Interested applicants must send an updated CV detailing previous Saudi construction projects and responsibilities to the hiring team via the official contact information.
