• Role & Company / Project Overview: ULA BINAA CONTRACTING COMPANY is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Senior Architect) to lead site execution on large-scale, high-rise tower projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time senior construction leadership and site management role in the contracting sector for an architect with extensive contracting and site-delivery leadership experience. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead site execution, technical coordination, and problem-solving across the project. - Manage external façade works, including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and façade systems. - Review shop drawings, submittals, materials, mock-ups, and method statements. - Coordinate façade interfaces with structural, MEP, and waterproofing teams. - Inspect works for quality, safety, and compliance with Saudi regulations. - Monitor subcontractor performance, progress, and delays, and manage project close-out documentation. - Take charge of site execution and ensure programmer delivery. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (applications from Civil Engineering backgrounds cannot be considered). - Experience: Approximately 15 years of construction/contracting experience, including a proven track record as a Construction Manager leading projects. - Hands-on Experience: Proven site experience on high-rise tower projects with hands-on capability in external façade works (curtain walls, cladding, glazing, façade systems). - Background: Architectural background with strong contracting and site execution experience is essential; candidates whose experience is limited to design consultancy or office-based architectural work will not be shortlisted. - Nationality: Arab nationality. - Residency/Status: Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama. - Software/Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; BIM knowledge is an advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. - Employment Type: Full-time, Contracting sector. - Work Mode: On-site. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Send CV via email to the recruitment team.
