• Role & Company / Project Overview: A leading company is seeking an experienced Construction Projects Director to lead and manage multiple major building construction projects with a total portfolio value exceeding SAR 600M in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and manage multiple major building construction projects across the entire project lifecycle. - Oversee total portfolio execution exceeding SAR 600 Million. - Provide senior leadership and direct management oversight to Project Managers and Construction Managers. - Direct comprehensive cost control and monitor project cash flow. - Oversee contract administration, claims handling, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) management. - Ensure project milestones, scheduling targets, and delivery standards are met using advanced project management controls. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. - Minimum 25 years of total construction industry experience. - At least 10 years of specific experience as a Projects Director or Projects Manager. - Proven track record managing multiple major building construction projects. - Strong leadership and management background directing multi-disciplinary construction management teams. - High-level expertise in cost control, cash flow, construction contracts, claims, variations, and EOT. - Advanced practical experience with Primavera P6. - PMP certification is mandatory. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. • Compensation & Benefits: - Portfolio budget exceeding SAR 600M; salary compensation not explicitly stated. • Application Instructions: - Send updated CV via email or contact through WhatsApp.
