Role & Company / Project Overview: A First-Class Classified Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Engineer to join their construction team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage construction projects effectively from initial planning through to successful completion. • Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate actively with clients, engineering consultants, and subcontractors. • Oversee and manage project schedules, financial budgets, project scope, and overall site performance. • Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence across project phases. • Utilize robust problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities to drive project success. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline. • Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of dedicated experience in construction project management. • Proven track record of managing end-to-end construction projects. • Strong background in leading project teams and interfacing with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. • Demonstrated ability to oversee project budgets, timelines, schedules, and deliverables. • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
