• Role & Company / Project Overview: ULA BINAA CONTRACTING COMPANY is looking for an experienced Safety Manager to lead HSE on our construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a Mid-Senior level (5–10 years) position available on a Full-time / Contract basis. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead project HSE management plans and provide daily site oversight - Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and comprehensive risk assessments - Oversee high-risk work activities including heights, scaffolding, cranes, electrical, hot works, confined spaces, and façade works - Carry out thorough incident and near-miss investigations - Conduct worker inductions, daily toolbox talks, and emergency response drills - Prepare HSE reports and ensure full compliance with Saudi OHS regulations and ISO 45001 standards • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or Civil Engineering - 5–10 years of professional experience as a Safety Manager, specifically with construction project experience - Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or CSP (preferred) - Strong knowledge of Saudi OHS regulations - Strong leadership and communication skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Job Type: Full-time / Contract • Application Instructions: - Apply now by submitting your CV to the specified recruitment email address.
